NOT USED SERVICES
In a tourist packages whose the services are not used the total or parcialy will not have the rights of refund.

DEPOSITS PAYAMENTS OF GROUPS
It's previewed a 30% of deposit for reservations. The rest of balance should get in our bank cont in 15 days before of groups arrives. Every reservation done less in 15 days, at beginning of services should be pre-paid in it's totality.
